Book your stay for an awesome break! Toni and Dean where extremely helpful for the entire stay, always willing to chat and provide information about things to do. The accommodation was far superior to what I was expecting, a fantastic apartment with a great balcony with plenty of space on the inside. Dean and Toni were friendly and helpful. Cleaned daily and in a great location. Close to the supermarket and the pub on the corner serves great meals.

You can walk down to a safe beach with a small rock pool for the little kids. We were there over xmas and this side of the beach was not as chaotic as further north. If you are looking for a quite getaway with generous hosts who will always be up for a chat, look no further! We will certainly be back to visit next time we are down on the coast. Thanks so much for sharing your place with us. It has two bedrooms that can easily accommodate four, a full kitchen and bathroom, and a living room.
My mom and I spent most of our time out on the deck though. The pictures are very accurate. The town of Umdloti has a few shops and a grocery store within walking distance, but is about 20 minutes outside downtown Durban.

You will need a car or taxi to leave Umdloti. The beaches were really great too. I would stay here again. I was made to feel so welcome. The flat is truly a little gem in Umdloti. The location feels safe and the neighborhood is quiet, yet within a short walking distance to shops and restaurants.
